AUTOMATIC ALTERNATOR STATOR WINDING MACHINE (ACM100)
ÀÑÌ100 is an automatic readjustable machine, designed for the winding of alternator stators. Machine bed is made out of solid welded steel plates. The winding mechanism is fixed to the main supporting plate and consists of shuttle, shuttle drive, workpiece locating seat and stator rotating mechanism. The machine is easily readjustable for different stator varieties with minimum tooling required. Various winding diagrams can be applied for different types of stators without additional tooling through machine reprogramming using same or different wire varieties.
