AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY (АСМ101)

АСМ101 is designed for the automatic assembly of custom number of pins to the base plastic boards of electrical connectors. Machine frame is made out of aluminum profiles with steel main supporting plate, on which the assembling mechanism is disposed. The assembling mechanism consists of pin insertion press, pin and base board feeding units and plastic base supporting cylinder. The pins and the plastic boards are fed through bowl feeder magazines. Assembled connectors are conveyed through an output chute and collected in a finished part container.
