AUTOMATIC FLEXIBLE CORRUGATED TUBE PARTING MACHINE (АСМ102)

АСМ102 is an automatic machine, designed for the parting of various types of flexible plastic tubes.
The machine frame is made out of aluminum profiles and steel supporting plates that carry all machine units. On the front part of the machine are disposed the tube feeding and parting mechanisms. The tube dereeling mechanism is fixed on a bracket to the machine frame and is designed to unwind the tube from the spool by avoiding its stretching during the feeding process. The tube feeding mechanism consists of tooth belt transmissions that allows passing of the necessary tube length to the parting zone. The tube parting mechanism scans the profile of the corrugated tubes in order to perform the cutting off process in the middle of the highest portion of the goffer. The parted portions of tubes are conveyed from the working zone through changeable output chutes.
