"Î"-SHAPED SLOT INSULATION FORMING AND INSERTION MACHINE FOR DC MOTOR ARMATURES (ACM105)

The ÀÑÌ105 machine is designed for the automatic "O"-shaped insulation forming and its insertion into the DC motor armature slots. The machine is tooled up for the processing of two armature varieties.
The machine frame is made out of alluminum profiles with solid steel plate carrying the raw material support (insulation paper roll); the main machine units - paper guiding, feeding, cutting-off and forming mechanisms, disposed upon the supporting plate; the paper insertion mechanism, disposed beneath the supporting plate; and the mechanisms for armature locating and indexing during the working process. Machine concept is very compact and allows easy readjustment for different armature varieties with various slot insulation length.

Approximate capacty: 180 armatures/hr.
