MACHINE FOR AUTOMATIC ASSEMBLY/INSERTION OF ROUND WIRE HAIRPIN CONDUCTORS INTO THE DC MOTOR ARMATURE SLOTS (ACM107)
The ACM107 series of machines are designed for the automatic assembling and insertion of round wire hairpin conductors into the DC motor armature slots. The haipin conductors are fed to the entry magazine by means of a chain elevator and are arranged automatically (passing through a guiding chute) to they half length into the armature slots and pressed to be inserted to their full length inside the slots. A three-seat rotary indexing table allows simultaneous loading/unloading of the armature from the first seat, arranging of conductors into the second seat and full length insertion of the coils in the armature on the third seat.

Approximate capacity: 80 armatures/hr.
