ÀÑÌ113 is a fully automatic four-station machine for dynamic balancing of armatures through milling correction. Machine operation can be performed also in static balancing mode (using one plane only). The machine performs consecutively the steps of unbalance measurement, correction of imbalance through milling operation and checking of the residual unbalance. A chain conveyor is used for the automatic loading and unloading of the armatures. A rejection chute is provided the in front of the machine for conveying rejected armatures after second checking. Approximate capacity: 82 armatures/hr. |
