AUTOMATIC GREASE NIPPLE ASSEMBLING MACHINE (ÀÑÌ116)
ÀÑÌ116 is an automatic machine, designed for the assembling of grease nipples to the hinge pin bodies. Machine frame is made out of aluminum profiles with metal main supporting plate that carries the assembling mechanism. To the left side of the machine frame is fixed a gravity entry magazine of the hinge pins. To the right side of the machine is fixed the output magazine for collection of the finished parts. On the main supporting plate is fixed the hinge pin feeding mechanism that transfers them from the magazine to the clamping mechanism, above which is fixed a bowl feeder that feeds the grease nipples through an output chute and a gate mechanism. The grease nipple is loaded inside a nutrunner (fixed on the front side of the machine) that screws the nipple to the entry thread of the centered hinge pin on the clamping mechanism. The finished part is conveyed to the output magazine for collection.
