CONTINUOUS U-SHAPED INSULATION CROPPING

AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR CONTINUOUS "U"-SHAPED INSULATION CROPPING OF DC MOTOR ARMATURES (ACM122)
The ACM122 machine is designed for the automatic cropping operation of "U"-shaped continuous insulation of DC motor armatures. Machine bed is disposed above a chain conveyor that is used for feeding the armatures that are to be processed and for conveying of the finished armatures. Main machine units are the armature clamping mechanism, armature indexing mechanism, continuous insulation cropping unit, armature loading/uloading pick-up device and pneumatic suction device for conveying residual paper after the cropping operation. The machine can be either fully automatic, connected to automatic producltion line, or semi-automatic with manual loading/unloading of the armature. Approximate capacity: 80 armatures/hr.
