SHAFT INSERTION HYDRAULIC PRESS (ÀÑÌ130)
The ÀÑÌ130 hydraulic press is intended for shaft insertion into the DC motor armature stack. The armature stack is placed on a special workpiece seat with steel plates that enter tightly inside the armature slots in order to ensure lamination position and to prevent them from bedning or twisting during the working process. The shaft insertion process is executed at high level of precision. There is a provision on the machine for installing an insertion precision controlling device. Automatic ejection of the ready armature is actuated by means of a pneumatic cylinder that pushes the finished part up after the insertion process is finished.
