SERIES COIL WINDING MACHINE FOR DC MOTOR STATORS (ACM133.02)
АСМ133.02 is designed for the winding of the two types of series coils for DC motor stators. Raw material is a bare or enameled copper
wire of 1,6х7,1 mm cross-section and Polifol three-layer insulation
paper of 0,24х7,1 mm cross-section, provided on appropriate reels. Wire together with the insulation paper are wound around a rotary mandrel with preliminary bent inner end of the coil. Stripping unit is provided on the machine for coil end enamel removal in case insulated wire is used. All machine units are arranged with
respect to the consecutive operations along the machine frame. The
stripping, the cutting-off, the bending and the winding units can be readjusted for
the processing of right and left outer end coils made out of bare or coated
wire. Millimetric scales (along the
machine frame) and setting-up spacers are provided for reading the exact position of the machine units in order
to facilitate the readjustment for different varieties and to shorten
the changeover time.
The rest of the parameters are entered and stored using the
operator's panel. A destined setting-up card is provided for each coil
variety produced.
