DYNAMIC BALANCING MACHINE FOR LABORATORY CENTRIFUGES (ÀÑÌ139)

ÀÑÌ139 is designed for the dynamic balancing of laboratory centrifuges, where the centrifuge motor is used for rotation of the workpiece during unbalance measurement. The machine is tooled up for two centrifuge varieties and with the provision of the necessary tooling the variety range of processed workpieces can be enlarged. The machine is able to perform static unbalance measurement in one plane only as well. The balancing correction is performed manually - the machine measures the unbalance and indicates the spots for correction.
Machine frame is made out of aluminum profiles with steel supporting plates that carry main machine units. Unbalance measurement is performed by means of two piezoelectric sensors. The centrifuge that is to be balanced is placed on a horizontal plate and is driven by its own motor, controlled by the machine frequency inverter. Machine controller is able to store up to 99 programs that can be selected by their numbers. Machine calibration is done semi-automatically and does not require special training of the operator, nor a special master workpiece is required for the calibration check.
