| The
ACM147 machine is designed to perform dimension check of the stator
baskets. The machine frame is made out of aluminum profiles with robust
steel supporting plate where all main machine units are disposed. Lower
body enclosure consists of metal
sheets, and upper working area enclosure consists of transparent
polycarbonate sheets to ensure visual control of the process. The front
side (towards the operator) of the working zone is open and is secured
by a photo-electric guard. The upper measuring head controls the OD, the ID and the height of the upper stator basket. The lower measuring head controls the OD, the ID and the height of the lower stator basket.
