IMPREGNATION TUNNEL TYPE OVEN WITH CHAIN CONVEYOR AND INFRARED HEATERS FOR THE VARNISHING OF DC MOTOR ARMATURES (ACM30.01)

The ACM30.01 is a tunnel type furnace, designed and tooled up for the coating of the conductors of DC motor armatures using water soluble type of varnish. Rolling impregnation method is used - the armature is passed through an impregnation bath, immersed to a certain level and being rotated around its axis at the same time till complete coating is achieved with full penetration of the varnish in each cavity of the processed workpiece. The armatures are loaded and unloaded in the front end of the furnace on a chain conveyor and rotation around their axes is performed though a separate chain transmission. The workpiece then undergoes consecutively the steps of preliminary heating, immersing into the varnish bath, drying, final baking (curing) and cooling down. Precise control of temperature, coating thickness and feeding and rotating speed on each of the working steps allows achieving high quality of impregnation for virtually any variety of armatures/rotors.
