Â,S,C,O-SHAPED SLOT INSULATION FORMING AND INSERTION MACHINE FOR STARTER ARMATURES (ACM36)
The ACM36 machine is designed for the automatic forming of Â,S,C,O-shaped slot insulation and its insertion into the starter armature slots. Raw material is a roll of insulation paper with the appropriate width. The machine frame is made out of alluminum profiles with solid steel plates carrying the paper guiding, forming, feeding and cutting-off mechanisms. The forming is achieved by means of pairs of profiled rollers with a possibility for intermediate heating. A two-seated indexing attachment for fixing the armature allows changing the finished part with a new one without loss of time.
