MACHINE FOR SIMULTANEOUS POLISHING OF SHAFT, COMMUTATOR/SLIP RING AND STACK/BODY OF STARTER ARMATURES AND ALTERNATOR ROTORS (ACM 43 SERIES)

ACM43 is a semi-automatic polishing machine with horizontal axis of the driving shafts and manual loading/unloading of the workpiece. It achieves simultaneous polishing of all necessary surfaces (body, shaft and commutator/slip-ring) by means of five sanding belts which can be readjusted for wide range of products (armatures or rotors) with different diameters and lengths. Abrasive belts are easy removable. An outlet for a dust collector is also installed.

Approximate capacity: 300-400 pcs./hr.
