RECTANGULAR WIRE CONDUCTOR END TWISTING MACHINE FOR DC MOTOR ARMATURES (HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL MACHINE)(ACM50)

The ACM50 machine is designed for synchronized bidirectional twisting of round wire conductor end by means of coaxial spindles, driven pneumatically through lever mechanism. Inner and outer twisting tools alignment and twisting angle are adjusted using the respective stop screws and a fly-wheel. Handles used for the adjustment are conveniently disposed in the front side of the machine, allowing easy access to the operator. Twisting tools are made out of high-grade hardened and ground tool steel.
Twisting cycle is controlled by means of two hand valves.
