AUTMATIC MACHINE FOR CONTACT BRAZING OF CONDUCTOR ENDS TO THE DC MOTOR ARMATURE COMMUTATOR (ACM 53)

The ACM53 is an automatic machine, designed for the electrical resistance low frequency (50 Hz AC) brazing of copper conductor ends to the DC motor armature commutator. The machine can be readjusted to process various types of armatures. The machine performs automatic initial workpiece positioning and computerized control of all working parameters. Machine parameters for the specific armature varieties are stored in machine non volatile memory.
ACM53 provides high quality and strength of the brazed bondings by implementing up-to-date technology and control of the working process.

Approximate capacity: 40-45 armatures/hr.
