The ACM53 is an automatic machine, designed for the electrical resistance low frequency (50 Hz AC) brazing of copper conductor ends to the DC motor armature commutator. The machine can be readjusted to process various types of armatures. The machine performs automatic initial workpiece positioning and computerized control of all working parameters. Machine parameters for the specific armature varieties are stored in machine non volatile memory. Approximate capacity: 40-45 armatures/hr. |
