COIL STRIPPING AND SLOT CLEANING MACHINE FOR ALERNATOR STATORS(ÀÑÌ65)

ÀÑÌ65 is a semi-automatic machine with manual loading/unloading of the workpiece, intended to join together the successive operations of cutting off the basket side of the stator coils and removing the coils and insulation paper out of the alternator core.
Machine bed is made out of steel sheets that carry the main machine units. The coil cutting-off unit is fixed on a carriage, driven through a pneumatic cylinder and hydraulic check. The unit comprised a high torque spindle, upon which is fixed the carbide insert slitting saw used as a coil cropping tool.
The stator that is to be processed is loaded manually on the clamping fixture, carried by the bearing supported workpiece spindle. Changeable pushing-out head, driven axially, is used for the removal of the coils from the slots. The number of pushing-out pins corresponds to the number of the stator slots. The pins vibration during the pushing out process facilitates the removal of the conductors.
