FACE INSULATION INSTALLING MACHINE FOR ALTERNATOR STATORS (ACM66)

ÀÑÌ66 is a semi-automatic machine with manual loading/unloading of the workpiece, designed for the installation of end insulation (fiber rings) on both faces of alternator stator core by means of gluing after insertion of the paper insulations inside stator slots. in this particular case, the machine is designed for two alternator stator varieties.
The machine frame is made out of aluminum profiles with main steel supporting plate, on which the following machine units are disposed:
- stator core locator with vertical displacement;
- glue dispensing unit, consisting of glue reservoir, pinch valve and pneumatic cylinder;
- face insulation pressing unit.

Approximate capacity:20-30 stators/hr.
