Â,S,C,O -SHAPED SLOT INSULATION FORMING AND INSERTION MACHINE FOR ALTERNATOR STATORS (ACM67)

The ACM67 machine is designed for the automatic forming of Â,S,C,O-shaped slot insulation and its insertion into the generator stator slots. Raw material is a roll of insulation paper with the appropriate width. The machine frame is made out of aluminum profiles with solid steel plates carrying the paper guiding, forming, feeding and cutting-off mechanisms, as well the indexing mechanism that orientates the stator to the next working position. The forming is achieved by means of pairs of profiled rollers with a possibility for intermediate heating. The processed stator is fixed to the changeable workpiece seat by means of a bayonet clamping device.

Approximate capacity: 40-60 stators/hr.
