AUTOMATIC RECTANGULAR WIRE HAIRPIN CONDUCTOR INSERTION MACHINE FOR ALTERNATOR STATORS (ACM69)
ÀÑÌ69 is an automatic machine, designed for the arranging and insertion of two hairpin coil varieties into the alternator stator slots. The coils/conductors are fed into an entry magazine through a chain elevator (in case this machine is connected to a hairpin coil forming machine) and passed through a guiding chute to be arranged automatically to they half length into the stator slots and then pressed to be inserted to their full length inside the slots. Three-seat rotary indexing table allows simultaneous unloading of finished stator from the first seat, arranging of conductors into the second seat and loading of the new stator that is to be processed on the third seat.
Approximate capacity: for 72 stator slots- 12 stators/hour; for 54 stator slots - 16 stators/hour
