"V"-SHAPED SLOT INSULATION FORMING AND INSERTION MACHINE FOR DC MOTOR ARMATURES (ACM89.02)
The ACM89.02 machine is designed for the automatic "V"-shaped slot insulation forming and its insertion into the DC armature slots. For this particular case of application the armature slots are "V"-shaped and with very small slot opening. Raw material is a roll of insulation paper with the appropriate width. The machine is fully automatic with common gravity magazine for the blanks and the finished armatures, divided by a separating stop. Machine concept allows easy readjustment for different armature varieties with various slot insulation length.
