BENCH TYPE AUTOMATIC FINISH TURNING MACHINE FOR PLASTIC ROLLERS (ACM90)
ÀÑÌ90 is a bench type automatic readjustable machine, designed for the burrs removal of plastic rollers by means of a special profiled tool. The machine is accommodated to process three varieties of plastic rolls.
Machine bed is made out of solid
steel sheets with main supporting plate, carrying all machine units, as follows:
- bowlfeeder, used as an entry magazine;
- tow consecutive chutes with gate mechanism, driven by a pneumatic cylinder, used for arranging
the plastic rolls;
- rotary center with heaving cylinder, disposed below one of the chutes;
- bearing supported spindle, driven by an AC motor;
- toolholder, carrying the special profiled cutting tool.
The roll that is to be processed is heaved by the rotary center (actuated by its pneumatic cylinder) toward the rotating spindle. The friction forces of the spindle face, applied on the roller surface, set the workpiece on motion. The toolholder slide is shifted toward the workpiece, the cutting tool process the roll, executing finish turning of the surface and after working cycle is finished all machine units are brought back to initial position.
