AUTOMATIC LOCK PLUG ASSEMBLING MACHINE FOR TWO-SIDED SYMMETRIC SAFETY LOCKS (ACM92)
ÀÑÌ92 is an automatic machine, designed for the assembling of the cam, the two snap rings, the two lock plugs and the plug clutch onto the cylinder body of a double cylinder symmetric secret lock. Machine frame is made out of aluminum profiles with main board of precisely finished supporting plates, to which machine units are fixed. On the main board is disposed a six-position rotary table with plate that carries six clamping devices for location of the assembled parts.
The following operations are performed on the six working positions:
Position I - Unloading of assembled cylinder lock and loading of the cylinder body.
Position II – Assembling of the cam and snap rings to the cylinder body.
Position ²²² – Insertion oflower lock plug inside the cylinder body.
Position IV - Insertion of clutch inside the cylinder body.
Position V - Insertion of upper lock plug inside the cylinder body.
Position V² - Final positioning and pressing of the upper plug toward the cylinder body.
