CONTINUOUS "V"-SHAPED SLOT INSULATION FORMING AND INSERTION INTO DC ARMATURE SLOTS (ACM95)

The ACM95 machine is designed for the automatic forming of continuous "V"-shaped slot insulation and its insertion into the DC armature slots. For this particular case of application the armature slots are "V"-shaped and with very small slot opening. Raw material is a roll of insulation paper with the appropriate width. The machine process is automatic with manual workpiece loading/unloading. Machine concept allows easy readjustment for different armature varieties of various slot insulation length. Main advantage of continuous slot insulation technology is sharp armature edges covering that prevents the copper wire conductor/coil from scratching during the winding and inserition process.

Approximate capacity: 120 armatures/hr.
