AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR CONTINUOUS "V"-SHAPED SLOT INSULATION CROPPING AND WEDGING OF DC MOTOR ARMATURES (ACM96)
The ACM96 machine is designed for the continuous slot insulation cropping and automatic wedge insertion into DC motor armature of 53 mm stack diameter. The machine can be either fully automatic, connected to automatic producltion line, or semi-automatic with manual loading/unloading of the armature. The paper insulation is first cropped at the required spots, then the free insulation ends are wrapped around the intorduced wire and then the wedge is inserted, which results in a very good armature wire insulation. Approximate capacity: 100 armatures/hr.
